Privacy Policy

How we handle information across Gamojo games, our website, and player support.

Last updated: September 21, 2026 · Gamojo, LLC

Who we are & what this covers

Gamojo, LLC (“Gamojo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates in Idaho, United States. This Privacy Policy covers Gamojo.com, all games developed or published by Gamojo that link to this policy, and our related support services (together, the “Services”). Contact us at info@gamojo.com.

Our games do not all have the same features. The sections below apply when a game uses the relevant feature, such as advertising, analytics, accounts, cloud saves, or purchases. A game-specific privacy notice may provide additional details or explain different practices for that game; that notice controls those specific practices.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: account identifiers, email address, display name, sign-in information, and information you choose to include in support requests.
  • Gameplay and cloud saves: progress, scores, achievements, settings, game activity, and saved game data when those features are available.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, device and operating system information, app version, language, approximate location inferred from IP address, session and interaction data, and diagnostics such as crash reports and error logs.
  • Advertising information: where ads are present, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad views, interactions, and related device and consent information may be processed by us and advertising providers.
  • Purchase information: product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase status, and subscription status supplied by a store or payment provider. Purchases processed by an app store are subject to that store’s payment and privacy practices; we do not receive your full payment-card details from those app-store purchases.
  • Support website information: submitted contact details, game name, topic, and message. Our hosting systems also process request metadata, including IP addresses, for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

Some data may remain on your device, while online features transmit data to us or service providers. Please do not include passwords, full card details, or other sensitive information in support messages.

Required and optional information

Information needed for a feature depends on the game. Without account identifiers, cloud saves may not synchronize; without transaction information, a purchase may not be verifiable; without a contact address, we may be unable to reply to support requests. Optional tracking consent is separate from information needed to provide a requested feature.

How we use information

We use information to operate our Services; sign you in; save and synchronize progress; validate purchases and manage entitlements; provide and measure ads where offered; understand gameplay and improve performance; diagnose crashes; respond to support and privacy requests; and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse. We may also use information to comply with legal obligations and protect users and our rights.

Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar laws require a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract for requested services, legitimate interests for proportionate service improvement and security, legal obligations where applicable, and consent for processing that requires it, such as certain advertising or tracking. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Advertising, analytics & device choices

Some games include ads and third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools. Depending on the game, region, permissions, and your choices, advertising may be contextual or personalized. Providers may process identifiers, device information, usage events, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver their services.

Use the privacy or consent controls available in the game, your device’s tracking and advertising settings, and browser controls to manage relevant choices. Where required, consent or platform permission must be obtained before the relevant tracking occurs. Refusing optional tracking does not necessarily remove ads.

Your consent choices

Installing or playing a game, accepting our Terms, or reading this policy does not by itself give consent to optional tracking. Where consent is required, it must be freely given, specific, informed, and expressed through a clear affirmative choice before that processing begins. An operating-system permission does not automatically satisfy every consent requirement.

You may withdraw consent at any time using the relevant in-game privacy controls where available, or contact info@gamojo.com for assistance. Withdrawal must be as easy as giving consent. It does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or require deletion of records we must retain on another valid legal basis.

Web features may use cookies or similar storage for functionality, preferences, and, where enabled, measurement. Blocking storage can affect features. The legal and contact pages do not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.

Provider details and additional disclosures may appear in the relevant game, its consent interface, or its game-specific privacy notice. Contact us with the game name if you need information about its providers.

When information is shared

We share information as needed with hosting, cloud storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, email, advertising, and payment providers for the features a game uses. Our website contact form uses Purelymail to deliver support messages. Stores and third-party providers may also process information under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable safeguards. We may also share information at your direction or with your consent.

Where advertising disclosures qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, you may have a right to opt out. Use available game controls or contact us to exercise applicable rights.

Retention, deletion & security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. The period depends on the type of information, whether an account remains active, the need to resolve support issues, security risks, and applicable legal requirements. Purchase and related records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through our account and data deletion form or by emailing info@gamojo.com. Include the game name and your account email or player ID. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Use in-game deletion controls where available.

Deletion can permanently remove progress, cloud saves, and account access. Information required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained for those purposes. Backup copies may persist until removed through normal backup cycles. We will explain relevant exceptions when handling a request. Deleting an account or uninstalling a game does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures. You may also be entitled to appeal a denied request and complain to your local data protection authority.

Send requests or appeals to info@gamojo.com or use our privacy contact form. Identify the game and the right you want to exercise. We may request proportionate identity verification, and authorized agents may need to show their authority. We respond within applicable legal timeframes and do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Additional information for EEA players

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing, Gamojo, LLC is the controller for the purposes we determine. The following information supplements the rights described above.

Making a request

Email info@gamojo.com or use our privacy request form. Please identify the game and your request. A player ID or account email can help locate your records; do not send a password. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information necessary to verify it.

We respond without undue delay and within one month of receiving a GDPR rights request. If its complexity or the number of requests requires an extension, we may take up to two additional months, explaining why within the first month. Requests are normally free. Only where legally permitted, such as for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, may we charge a reasonable fee or refuse a request, with an explanation.

Objections and complaints

You may object, for reasons relating to your circumstances, to processing based on legitimate interests. We must stop unless we demonstrate overriding compelling grounds or need the processing for legal claims. You may object to direct marketing, including related profiling, at any time; that processing must then stop.

You may complain directly to a supervisory authority, including in the country of your habitual residence, workplace, or the alleged infringement. You do not need to contact us first. Find an EEA supervisory authority.

Portability and automated decisions

Where applicable, portability covers data you provided that we process automatically on the basis of consent or contract. You also have GDPR protections concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects, subject to the law’s conditions and exceptions. Contact us about a decision affecting your account.

Children’s privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact info@gamojo.com with the game name so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

For online services offered directly to children, the GDPR age for a child’s own consent is 16 unless the relevant country lowers it, to no less than 13. Where we rely on consent and a player is below the applicable age, authorization from a parent or legal guardian is required. A game’s age rating or acceptance of our Terms does not replace that authorization.

International processing

We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant transfers must be covered by an appropriate legal mechanism, such as approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.

Updates & contact

We may update this policy as our Services or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
