A few quick answers

I lost my progress. What should I send?

Include the game name, device, player ID if you have one, and when your progress disappeared. If the game supports accounts, check that you’re using the same account as before. Recovery depends on the game and available save data.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open the subscription settings in the store where you subscribed. Deleting the game or your Gamojo account does not cancel a store subscription. If you’re unsure where you subscribed, contact us with the game name.

How do I request a refund?

For store-billed purchases, request a refund through the store that handled payment. Eligibility depends on store rules and applicable law. We can help investigate missing items; include the game and transaction ID, but no full payment details.

How do I delete my account or data?

Select “Delete my account or data” in this form and include the game name and account email or player ID. We may verify ownership before proceeding. Deletion can permanently remove progress and cloud saves. Some records may be retained where required by law or for security or dispute resolution, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
